Shipping and returns

Shipping

We expect that your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days. Shipping costs are calculated by our courier partner. Domestic and UK rates at €4.

Deliveries

We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If your item is available in stock, the delivery time is normally 2-3 working days. 

All parcels are shipped via Fastway Couriers. Parcels are delivered during office hours, so state your daytime address for the delivery. 

Payment

Drdenim.ie offers payment through PayPal.

Prices listed on drdenim.ie are listed in EURO and include tax. Please note that we do not cover any local customs duties, local VAT on imports or similar fees which may be added.

We reserve the right to rectify pricing errors and adjust prices in case of exchange rate fluctuations which make listed prices incorrect. We reserve the right to make running adjustments to prices and cancel products and/or orders in case stock of particular products is sold out. Periodic sales and/or campaign offers are valid unless otherwise stated as long as the item is available in stock and/or until the end date is reached under the terms specified in each offer or campaign.

Returns

To return one or more item contact us at hello@drdenim.co.uk Please state your order number when contacting our customer service in order to ensure fast and smooth communication.

Upon returning items, please allow approximately 7 working days for us to register your items. 

You are entitled to return your goods for a full refund by either returning the goods or notifying us within the stated 14 day time frame. After the 14 day period, drdenim.ie cannot accept cancellations or notifications of return of goods. Your right to return items requires such items to be in pristine original and unused condition. All original labels must remain in place where they were when the items left our warehouse. Drdenim.ie reserves the right to make deductions due to decreased value of an item or increased shipping costs.

Drdenim.ie does not cover the return freight charges for your return if you wish to make use of your right to return goods. The transport risk is always on your account until the items reach our warehouse. This means that you are obliged to pay for the items if they are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend returning your parcel with a registered postal service and ensure all tracking information is saved. Please note that we do not refund any local import duty and/or import Value Added Tax or similar local charges. 

Claims & faulty items

If there’s a problem with your item, please get in touch with us within a reasonable time frame. Please note that we cover items which are inherently faulty but not faults which arise as a result of natural/expected wear & tear. 

Refunds

Approved returns or claims will be refunded within 14 calendar days of receipt, assuming you have provided us with complete and correct information about your purchase. Refunds are done through the payment method used during the original transaction.
